Jefferson Apartments is an apartment development located on exclusive Jefferson Avenue, Palm Beach.  It was a one level unit development located right on the beach.  Due to the high level of the development quality and the harsh marine environment it was completed to a very high technical standard.  It was an award-winning development for the builder, Hutchinson Builders.
